We concentrate on three primary areas of the building business. First is our clients vision and quality of life they desire. Then we focus on every aspect of the process to construct distinctive, quality custom homes, (regardless of size) or the enhancement of your existing home. In addition to unique quality custom homes, we also develop and construct commercial structures with the same detailed "vision" concepts, whether it is from the ground up or the interior build-out of your space.
History
Creative Custom was the inevitable culmination of a lifetime of experience in the construction industry.
Jim Veilleux’s personal philosophy was formulated in his youth. The son of Maurice “Frenchy” Veilleux, a well respected builder in the Southeastern Michigan area for nearly 40 years, Jim learned early to treat his customers like family. With this in mind, his primary goal is clear and focused...YOUR satisfaction.
Jim Veilleux, one of the managing partners of Creative Custom Builders graduated with a BS degree in Construction Management from Eastern Michigan University in 1991. Since then, Jim has built hundreds of new homes and commercial buildings, continually increasing his skills and appreciation for quality craftsmanship and customer care.
Beginning in 1987, Jim earned his State of Michigan Builder's License and began working as a managing builder for a large production company where schedules and efficiency became second nature to him. Next, Jim spent several years with a national public luxury home builder, honing his skills and fine tuning his expertise.
Now Jim has assembled his team of equally diverse, experienced construction professionals, hand-selecting individuals who share his values and passion for construction to assist you with your project - no matter how big or small!
